Service Fees and Policies
Errand services: [Company] charges a minimum [$Amount] fee for 1 hour of service. An additional service fee is applied based on time required to perform the service. Please note that orders paid by credit card will incur an additional [%Amount] processing fee.

Travel Fee: A round-trip travel fee of [$Amount] per mile is applied to each errand service. Any travel fees, along with additional charges incurred, will be included in the final invoice. Invoices are due and payable upon the completion of the service.

Grocery Services
[Company] charges [$Amount] per hour, plus [%Amount] of the total purchase amount. Please note that services are billed with a minimum charge of [$Amount], and orders paid by credit card will incur an additional [%Amount] processing fee. There is no minimum order amount.

​Placing orders: We ask that grocery delivery orders be placed at least [#of hours] in advance to ensure delivery on your preferred day and time. Rush orders are available for an additional [$Amount] fee if placed at least [#of hours] in advance, along with the required deposit.

Provide item detail: For grocery delivery orders, please provide each item's brand, size, and specifics, such as organic or serving size. Additionally, include any preferred substitutes if the item is unavailable.

Grocery item not available: If an item is unavailable, and no instructions are included in the note section, the item will not be included with your order.
Grocery deposit: A [%Amount] deposit is required based on the estimated total from your shopping list(s). The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of shopping.

Purchasing alcohol: If purchasing alcohol, please note that all customers must be [Age] or older to place an order. Someone of legal drinking age must be present at the property to accept the delivery and provide a valid ID. Alcohol orders cannot be left unattended or stocked without an eligible recipient present. Additionally, please ensure you comply with any local regulations regarding alcohol.

Grocery amount exceeding estimated total: In our judgement, if the projected estimated amount is too low, an additional deposit amount may be required for the overage.
Pay in-store prices: You pay what I pay at the register. Sales are passed on to you when available and a copy of your sales receipt is sent along with the balance due before stocking.

Cancelation: If you need to cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded as long as I am notified at least [#of hours] before your scheduled shopping/delivery time.
