Our Policies

At Paws & Strolls, we strive to ensure the safety and happiness of every pet in our care. Please review our policies before booking a service.

• Booking & Payment:

  • All services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

• Dog Walking Policies:

  • All dogs must be leashed during walks.

  • We do not walk aggressive dogs or dogs without proper identification.

  • In case of extreme weather, walks may be shortened for safety.

• Vacation Sitting Policies:

  • We require a meet-and-greet before the first sitting.

  • Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

  • We do not administer injections but can provide oral medication as needed.

• Emergency Situations:

  • If an emergency arises, we will contact you immediately.

  • If veterinary care is required, we will take your pet to the designated vet (costs are the owner's responsibility).

• Client Responsibilities:

  • Provide access to the home and pet supplies.

  • Inform us of any behavioral issues or medical needs.
